Ryan W. Kelly
Director – US Research
As Director of US Research at Marsden, Ryan Kelly plays an integral role in the support of our US and global offices. In collaboration with our US consultants, Ryan provides detailed analysis identifying market leading talent at the partner and associate levels. In addition, Ryan leads our knowledge management activities to assist in our strategic assignments team.
Ryan has been working in executive recruitment for over eight years; as a researcher and analyst for the London-based executive search firm FoxRodney and in New York as a recruitment consultant with Allen & Overy.
His research background is enhanced by his experience in politics in a variety of roles, having worked in London as a Parliamentary Researcher for two Members of Parliament and has also worked for a US Congressman in his home district.
