Matt is a Senior Consultant in our Dubai office and has over 24 years of professional recruitment experience. He specialises in delivering both retained and exclusive contingent recruitment solutions for a range of in-house legal positions across the Middle East & Africa.
With his wealth of experience and outstanding track record, Matt has the determination to bring even the most demanding assignment to a successful conclusion. He has a naturally upbeat, confident character who brings a positive attitude to everything he does. This instils a level of credibility with both his candidates and clients, that trust his advice and partner with him to generate mutually beneficial outcomes.
Prior to joining the industry, Matt graduated in Chemistry and worked in Scientific Research before turning his analytical mind towards the task of solving recruitment challenges.
He is the father of three “young adults” and enjoys a variety of sports and recreational activities in his spare time including rowing, swimming, circuit-training, golf, Sudoku, Wordle, playing pool and bowling.
