Alex Russell

Senior Consultant

Alex is a Senior Consultant in our London office. He has extensive experience advising partners and senior associates and placing those candidates into a range of US and UK law firms in London and Europe. His recent track record includes prominent placements in the Finance space as well as Funds, Technology, Litigation and Private Equity. While most of his work has been in London, he has also been responsible for significant moves in France and Germany. Alex is regularly instructed on specific live roles but, having established long-standing relationships with key law firm decision makers, he is able to speak to such contacts on an initial ‘no name’ basis if a candidate has a sector specific background and/or client following.

 

Before joining Marsden, Alex was a Managing Consultant at the world’s largest legal search firm and, prior to his career in legal recruitment, spent 10 years as a Dispute Resolution lawyer in London.
