Aaron set up our Dubai office and is our most experienced legal search consultant specialising in senior level and In-House and Private Practice placements across the Middle East & Emerging Markets.

On a daily basis Aaron advises senior professionals ranging from Managing / Equity Partners, General Counsels and Heads of Compliance to CEO’s and HR Directors on their hiring mandates and strategies. As a result, he has built a very strong network of senior management and decision makers across the region.

Before joining the recruitment industry, Aaron was a lawyer at large international firms and smaller niche practices.  He lives and works in Dubai with his family and offers great insight into the realities of working and living in different regions.

Aaron is passionate about the law and in his spare time he lectures at Middlesex University (Dubai) on their LLB programme. The remaining time he has is spent trying to keep fit to keep up with his three small boys.
