With over 10 years of search and delivery experience, Anu has successfully worked on senior legal and compliance searches across multiple sectors and jurisdictions. She has supported consultants on placements across the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Throughout her career, Anu has worked with major clients including multinational conglomerates and Fortune 100 companies. Before joining Marsden, Anu worked at a global executive search firm, focusing on senior level placements across Professional Services, Technology and FS sector.

Anu previously worked at a specialist Legal and Compliance search firm in their Talent Acquisition & Delivery Team supporting on all global, senior in-house appointments. Prior to this, Anu worked with one of the top tier global search firms where she focused on multiple C-suite level placements across Life Sciences, FS, Real Estate and Consumer sectors.
